P90X Reloaded (round 2) – Days 9-12

Day 9 (Tuesday) Plyometrics (including bonus round)…..Worked out in WOWY with Lana. Got a late start, but got ‘er done, as Larry The Cable Guy would say. ![]()
Day 10 (Wednesday) Shoulders & Arms (including bonus round) and Ab Ripper X…..Accomplished 70 chair dips, 144 side tri-rises and 358 ARX.
Day 11 (Thursday) Yoga X…..I started kinda late and didn’t finish until after 10:30PM.
Day 12 (Friday) Legs & Back and Ab Ripper X…..89 total pull-ups and 364 ARX. Protein shake time!
Ran an errand to the grocery store on my bicycle. It was nice because it’s cold here today, only 100 degrees.
