    • completed 42 minutes on the treadmill. 3.4 MPH at a 13.25% incline, 2.33 miles. In zone 97.7%, 142 avg. heart rate and burned 537 calories. 2 days ago
    • also dropped 21 pounds in 2 months! :) 3 days ago
    • completed a 33-minute upper body weight lifting circuit (3 times thru). In zone % stunk, only 110 avg. heart rate and burned 218 calories. 3 days ago

P90X Reloaded (round 2) – Days 13 & 14

Day 13 (Saturday) Kenpo X…..KX was good this week.  As you’d expect, this far into Round 2, I’ve really got it down.  I’m sorry guys, but I seem to have writer’s block this week.  I’m sure you can tell, based on the last few posts.  I will try to expand more this coming week.

Day 14 (Sunday) X Stretch…..Instead of XS, I went for a bicycle ride.  Even though I went at dusk, it was still pretty hot, but at least there was no DIRECT sunlight to deal with.  It was, of course, windy, APU (as per usual).
