Day 1 (Tuesday) Fit Test…..OMG what a cardio workout! I did 124 Switch Kicks, 56 Power Jacks, 103 Power Knees, 34 Power Jumps, 9 Globe Jumps, 12 Suicide Jumps, 20 Push-up Jacks and 50 Low Plank Obliques.

P90X Trifecta (round 3) – Day 1

Day 1 (Monday) Chest & Back and Ab Ripper X….139 total push-ups, 28 total pull-ups and 360 ab exercises. Push-ups (12 sets of 6 versions) were chest-to-floor and pull-ups (6 sets of 3 versions) were straight arms at the bottom. I’m seeking perfection, thank you very large.
Push-ups included: standard, military, wide fly, decline, diamond and dive-bomber. Pull-ups included: wide front, reverse grip and closed grip overhand. It’s good to be back at it after a week of playing with Great White Sharks at Isla Guadalupe, Mexico.

P90X Reloaded (round 2) – Days 85-91

RECOVERY WEEK
Day 85 (Monday) Yoga X…..Ya just gotta love the first (killer) 50 minutes and the Yoga Belly 7.
Day 86 (Tuesday) Core Synergistics, including the bonus…..79 total push-ups (4 versions) and 68 total side hip raises.
Oh yeah…..FINALLY…..a morning in the 60s here in Vegas!
I completed a little (night) bicycle ride just before bed. It felt good to be out there, just me, the bike and the tunes. Average speed 15.2.
Day 87 (Wednesday) Kenpo X (Karate)…..Done! That’s all I have to say about that.
Day 88 (Thursday) X Stretch…..Sorry kids, but I didn’t do it. I don’t feel like XS is all that big a deal anyway.
Day 89 (Friday) Core Synergistics, including the bonus…..87 total push-ups (4 versions) and 70 total side hip raises.
Day 90 (Saturday) Yoga X…..All done. “After” pictures tomorrow.
I completed a 12-mile (errand) bicycle ride this morning. My average speed was 15.8. That includes uphill. I got a haircut and a tan, gotta look good for the Great White Sharks Monday!
Day 91 (Sunday) X Stretch…..Skipped it.
I completed a 14-mile errand bicycle ride this morning.

P90X Reloaded (round 2) – Days 83 & 84

Day 83 (Saturday) Kenpo X…..Glorious 5:25 AM start to my day. Time for a bicycle ride and my daughter’s birthday party.
I completed an early-morning bicycle ride to run some errands. Felt so good to be out before the heat and the idiot Vegas drivers.
Day 84 (Sunday) X Stretch…..Instead, I completed a 13.67-mile errand bicycle ride at night. I crushed it in the wind and uphill with an average speed of 15.0 MPH! I’m a beast!

Day 78 (Monday) Chest, Shoulder & Triceps and Ab Ripper X…..218 total push-ups (9 types) and 366 ab exercises. Nice 6:30 AM start to my day.
Day 79 (Tuesday) Plyometrics, including the bonus…..I’m glad to say that hangin’ with Domi is now all in a day’s work, no biggie.
Day 80 (Wednesday) Yoga X…..I switched the days for YX (Thursday) and Back & Biceps (Wednesday) because I did YX with 702FitClub today.
Day 81 (Thursday) Back & Biceps and Ab Ripper X…..85 total pull-ups (6 types) and 368 ab exercises. Sweet 6:30 AM start.
On a personal note…..today is my baby girl’s birthday, happy birthday, Sweetie!
Day 82 (Friday) Legs & Back and Ab Ripper X…..150 total pull-ups (8 sets of 4 versions) and 372 ab exercises! Yes sir!
I completed an errand bicycle ride in the glorious Las Vegas heat, thank you very large.

Day 74 (Thursday) Yoga X…..Well, I did the 1st 50 minutes anyways. I actually counted the push-ups today, if you were wondering, it’s 50.
Day 75 (Friday) Legs & Back and Ab Ripper X…..142 total pull-ups and 370 ab exercises. Curse you, Balance Lunges!
Day 76 (Saturday) Kenpo X…..Nice 7:00 AM workout! I’m sorry, but “Mr. Wesley Idol” is a big doofus. He’s always off on the count and when they show him only, it tends to mess me up.
Day 77 (Sunday) X Stretch…..For my XS, I went for a bicycle ride.
I completed a 14-mile (errand) bicycle ride, started at 6:50 AM. Got up to 35 MPH on a steep downhill. The temperature was only 75 when I left.

Day 71 (Monday) Chest & Back and Ab Ripper X…..69 total pull-ups, 330 push-ups and 368 ab exercises! Brought it, Baby!
Day 72 (Tuesday) Plyometrics, including the bonus…..Domi ain’t nothin’, I hung with the boy throughout!
Day 73 (Wednesday) Shoulders & Arms and Ab Ripper X, including the bonus…..76 total chair dips, 156 total side tri-rises and 368 ab exercises, plus all the other goodies.
I completed a 6:30 AM bicycle ride. The temperature and the traffic were not too bad. I had to clear my mind for today’s upcoming events. I’m ready, BRING IT!!
