Day 57 (Monday) Chest & Back and Ab Ripper X….Instead, I completed a 90-minute (whole body) HIT (high intensity training) weightlifting session, including abs. I also completed a 2.8-mile run.
Day 58 (Tuesday) Plyometrics….Instead, I completed a little 45-minute, 10.73-mile bicycle ride at the gym tonight.
Day 59 (Wednesday) Shoulders & Arms and Ab Ripper X….Instead, I completed a 91-minute (whole body) HIT (high intensity training) weightlifting session, including abs (6:53 AM start).
Day 60 (Thursday) Yoga X….Instead, I completed a 60-minute, 14.14-mile bicycle ride at the gym (11:30 PM finish). Burned off some turkey and now a few hours until door busters.
Day 61 (Friday) Legs & Back and Ab Ripper X….Instead, I did nada.
Day 62 (Saturday) Kenpo X….Instead, I completed a 84-minute (whole body) HIT (high intensity training) weightlifting session, including abs.
Day 63 (Sunday) X Stretch….Instead, I completed a 30-minute, 7.24-mile bicycle ride at the gym, while watching the Baltimore Ravens overtime victory, my son’s team.

Day 50 (Monday) Yoga X….Instead, I completed a 100-minute (whole body) HIT (high intensity training) weightlifting session, including abs.
Day 51 (Tuesday) Core Synergistics….Instead, I played racquetball with Lana for 110 minutes.
Day 52 (Wednesday) Kenpo X….Instead, I completed a 105-minute (whole body) HIT (high intensity training) weightlifting session, including abs.
Day 53 (Thursday) X Stretch….Instead, nada.
Day 54 (Friday) Core Synergistics….Instead, I completed a 110-minute (whole body) HIT (high intensity training) weightlifting session, including abs.
Day 55 (Saturday) Yoga X….Instead, I completed a 65-minute, 15.39-mile bicycle ride last night at the gym.
Day 56 (Sunday) X Stretch….Instead, nada.

Day 43 (Monday) Chest, Shoulders & Triceps and Ab Ripper X….Instead, I completed a 115-minute HIT (high intensity training) weightlifting session, including abs. I shaved 10 minutes off of my 1st day’s time.
Sorry for continuing to deviate from the P90X regimen, but like I said, I had plateaued and needed to step it up to something else.
Day 44 (Tuesday) Plyometrics….Instead, nada.
Day 45 (Wednesday) Back & Biceps and Ab Ripper X….Instead, I completed a 115-minute (whole body) HIT (high intensity training) weightlifting session, including abs. I also completed a 14.2-mile bicycle ride tonight.
Day 46 (Thursday) Yoga X….Instead, nada.
Day 47 (Friday) Legs & Back and Ab Ripper X….Instead, I completed a 115-minute (whole body) HIT (high intensity training) weightlifting session, including abs.
Day 48 (Saturday) Kenpo X….Instead, I completed a 20 and 40-minute bicycle ride at the gym and played racquetball for an hour or so with my son. Three trips to the gym today.
Day 49 (Sunday) X Stretch….Instead, I completed a 65-minute (15.77) mile bicycle ride at the gym, while watching the Patriots / Colts game. I love that the cocky Patriots choked!

Day 36 (Monday) Chest, Shoulders & Triceps and abs….I used the equipment at the gym. 147 deep push-ups (9 versions).
Day 37 (Tuesday) Plyometrics….Instead, I completed a 15-mile, 53 minute bicycle ride this morning and another 15-mile (51 minute) bicycle ride this evening. For those of you who are math challenged, that’s 30 miles for today.
Day 38 (Wednesday) Back & Biceps….38 deep pull-ups (6 versions). I also hit the ab machines and did 15 minutes on the (thrilling) stationary bicycle.
Day 39 (Thursday) Yoga X….Instead, I completed a 30-minute bicycle ride at the gym and found out my body fat percentage is only 11.9.
Day 40 (Friday) HIT….I completed a 125-minute HIT (high intensity training) weightlifting session, including abs. Kids, the HIT program is no joke, you gotta check it out!
Day 41 (Saturday) Kenpo X….Instead, I completed a 14.73-mile bicycle ride and did a ton-o-yardwork today.
Day 42 (Sunday) X Stretch….Instead, I played racquetball for an hour with my son. We had a great time and did some bonding.

Day 29 (Monday) Chest, Shoulders & Triceps and Ab Ripper X….Instead, I completed a 35-minute machine workout at the gym, including shoulders, chest, triceps and abs. I also rode the stationary bicycle for 10 minutes.
Day 30 (Tuesday) Plyometrics….Instead, I got my racquetball on today.
Day 31 (Wednesday) Back & Biceps and Ab Ripper X….36 deep pull-ups (6 versions). Plus 209 deep push-ups (13 versions) just for fun. I also did tons-o-abs on the machines at the gym. Ouchie!
Day 32 (Thursday) Yoga X….Instead, I completed a 30-minute stationary bicycle ride and a 30-minute treadmill fast walk (at a 20% incline) at the gym.
Day 33 (Friday) Legs & Back and Ab Ripper X….I used the equipment at the gym. 62 deep pull-ups (8 sets of 4 versions).
Day 34 (Saturday) Kenpo X….Instead, I played racquetball for an hour with my son and did some incline treadmill cardio. with Lana.
Day 35 (Sunday) Rest….I took it.
