Day 64 (Monday)….completed a 64-minute workout with our Personal Trainer. In the zone 94.0% of the time, 139 average heart rate and burned 793 calories.
Day 65 (Tuesday)….completed a 55-minute workout with our Personal Trainer. In the zone 82.1%, 131 average heart rate and burned 599 calories. It was an intense leg workout, sprinkled with cardio.
Day 66 (Wednesday)….completed 40 minutes on the treadmill. 3.4 MPH at a 13.0% incline, 2.28 miles. In zone 98.7%, 147 avg. heart rate and burned 553 calories. While on a business trip to Reno, NV.
Day 67 (Thursday)….completed 41 minutes on the treadmill. 3.4 MPH at a 13.0% incline, 2.31 miles. In the zone 97.6% of the time, 143 average heart rate and burned 554 calories.
Day 68 (Friday)….completed 61 minutes on the treadmill. 3.4 MPH at a 13.5% incline, 3.45 miles. In the zone 97.4%, 137 average heart rate and burned 738 calories.
Day 69 (Saturday)….completed my 2-month fitness evaluation. 28 minutes, in the zone 53.8% of the time, 118 average heart rate and burned 226 calories. I dropped 21 pounds and 6% body fat in 2-months with our Personal Trainer. I also completed a 33-minute upper body weight lifting circuit (3 times through). In the zone % stunk, only 110 average heart rate and burned 218 calories. I forgot to take my NO-Xplode before my workout.
Day 70 (Sunday)….completed 42 minutes on the treadmill. 3.4 MPH at a 13.25% incline, 2.33 miles. In the zone 97.7%, 142 average heart rate and burned 537 calories.

Day 58 (Tuesday)….completed a 75-minute chest & back workout with our Personal Trainer. In the zone 42.8% of the time, 114 average heart rate and burned 532 calories.
Day 59 (Wednesday)….completed a (5:30 am) 45-minute leg workout with our Personal Trainer. In the zone 88.3%, 146 average heart rate and burned 604 calories.
Day 60 (Thursday)….completed a (5:30 am) 47-minute upper body workout with our Personal Trainer. In the zone 76.9% of the time, 131 average heart rate and burned 516 calories.
Day 61 (Friday)….completed 88 minutes on the treadmill. 3.4 MPH at a 13.0% incline, 4.9 miles. In the zone 98.1%, 147 average heart rate and burned 1,207 calories! All that, finished around 11:00 pm. Can you say “brought it”?
Day 62 (Saturday)….completed 45 minutes on the treadmill. 3.4 MPH at a 13.5% incline, 2.54 miles. In the zone 95.8% of the time, 140 average heart rate and burned 563 calories.
Day 63 (Sunday)….completed 30 minutes on the treadmill with Lana. 3.4 MPH at a 13.75% incline, 1.68 miles. In the zone 96.7%, 140 average heart rate and burned 375 calories.

Day 50 (Monday)….completed a 5:00AM, 57-minute all-body workout with our Personal Trainer. In the zone 84.1% of the time, 132 average heart rate and burned 637 calories.
Day 51 (Tuesday)….completed a 60-minute upper-body workout with our Personal Trainer. In the zone 71.5%, 129 average heart rate and burned 627 calories. Also completed 46 minutes on the treadmill. 3.4 MPH at a 11.5% incline, 2.55 miles. In the zone 99.4% of the time, 143 average heart rate and burned 592 calories. I felt so strong today!
Day 52 (Wednesday)….completed a 54-minute leg workout with our Personal Trainer. In the zone 71.1% of the time, 126 average heart rate and burned 539 calories.
Day 53 (Thursday)….completed a 42-minute (evening, chilly) bicycle ride. 10.43 miles at 15.0 average MPH. In the zone 95.4%, 136 average heart rate and burned 499 calories.
Day 54 (Friday)….completed a 40-minute (night) bicycle ride to/from the gym. 9.33 miles at 14.1 average MPH. In the zone 95.2% of the time, 140 average heart rate and burned 513 calories. I also completed a 30-minute upper body weight lifting circuit (3 times through). In the zone 73.6%, 123 average heart rate and burned 296 calories.
Day 55 (Saturday)….completed a 40-minute (morning, chilly) bicycle ride. 9.24 miles at 13.7 average MPH. In the zone 97.5% of the time, 137 average heart rate and burned 481 calories.

Day 43 (Monday)….completed nada, sorry kids, I was recovering from the weekend in California for my daughter’s cheer competition. I’ll make-up for it tomorrow.
Day 44 (Tuesday)….completed a 60-minute workout with our Personal Trainer. In the zone 69.5% of the time, 127 average heart rate and burned 586 calories. I also completed 42 minutes on the treadmill. 3.4 MPH at a 11.0% incline, 2.35 miles. In the zone 99.1%, 143 average heart rate and burned 548 calories.
Day 45 (Wednesday)….completed a 50-minute leg workout with our Personal Trainer. In the zone 76.5% of the time, 131 average heart rate and burned 546 calories.
Day 46 (Thursday)….completed 44 minutes on the treadmill. 3.4 MPH at a 11.0% incline, 2.46 miles. In the zone 97.8%, 135 average heart rate and burned 517 calories.

Day 49 (Sunday)….completed a 56-minute (early, chilly) bicycle ride. 14.06 miles at 14.9 average MPH. In zone 98.8%, 143 average heart rate and burned 737 calories.

Day 36 (Monday)….completed a 71-minute workout with our Personal Trainer. In the zone 77.8% of the time, 129 average heart rate and burned 757 calories. I had a low “in the zone” percentage because I had to wait for my machines to be available. I think all the new year’s resolution people who quit, restarted today (Feb. 1st). Grumble, grumble.
Day 37 (Tuesday)….completed 45 minutes on the treadmill with Lana. 3.4 MPH at a 12.375% incline, 2.42 miles. In the zone 99.5%, 140 average heart rate and burned 512 calories.
Day 38 (Wednesday)….completed a 60-minute workout with our Personal Trainer. In the zone 74.7% of the time, 131 average heart rate and burned 639 calories.
Day 39 (Thursday)….completed a (5:30 AM) 40-minute workout with our Personal Trainer. In the zone 81.2% of the time, 128 average heart rate and burned 421 calories.
Day 40 (Friday)….completed 47 minutes on the treadmill. 3.4 MPH at a 11.0% incline, 2.65 miles. In the zone 99.6%, 129 average heart rate and burned 511 calories.
Day 41 (Saturday)….completed 46 minutes on the treadmill with Lana. 3.4 MPH at a 11.0% incline, 2.58 miles. In zone 95.1% of the time, 130 average heart rate and burned 504 calories.
Day 42 (Sunday)….completed 50 minutes on the treadmill @ 6:50AM. 3.4 MPH at a 11.0% incline, 2.77 miles. In the zone 99.96%, 137 average heart rate and burned 580 calories. I’m down 13 pounds (with my Personal Trainer) in one month!

Day 29 (Monday)….completed a glorious (5:00 AM) 52-minute circuit (3 times through) with our Personal Trainer. In the zone 97.3% of the time, 153 average heart rate and burned 759 calories.
Day 30 (Tuesday)….completed 43 minutes on the treadmill with Lana. 3.4 MPH at a 12.5% incline, 2.38 miles. In the zone 97.8%, 151 average heart rate and burned 597 calories.
Day 31 (Wednesday)….completed a (5:30AM) 70-minute circuit (3 times through) with our Personal Trainer. In the zone 92.9% of the time, 143 average heart rate and burned 911 calories.
Day 32 (Thursday)….completed 33 minutes on the teadmill at 5:30AM. 3.4 MPH at a 13.0% incline, 1.84 miles. In the zone 99.3%, 150 average heart rate and burned 490 calories.
Day 33 (Friday)….completed a 50-minute workout with our Personal Trainer. In the zone 91% of the time, 144 average heart rate and burned 649 calories.
Day 34 (Saturday)….completed a 20-minute speed-walk. I walked from leaving my car for service to the gym. 121 average heart rate and burned 189 calories. In the zone 93.5% of the time. Then, Lana and I completed 31 minutes on the StairMill. 3.20 miles, 153 floors and 82 steps/minute. In the zone 98.2%, 142 average heart rate and burned 400 calories. THEN, I completed a 15-minute upper body weight lifting circuit (3 times through). In the zone 69.4% of the time, 121 average heart rate and burned 143 calories.
Day 35 (Sunday)….played 1 hour of racquetball with my son. 125 average heart rate, in the zone 81.1% of the time and burned 543 calories. We got in 4 games.

Day 22 (Monday)….completed a 50-minute circuit (3 times through) with our Personal Trainer, upper body and core. In the zone 96% of the time, 146 average heart rate and burned 681 calories.
Day 23 (Tuesday)….sorry kids, I was sick today, but I’ll make up for it tomorrow.
Day 24 (Wednesday)….as promised, I crushed it today. We completed a 65-minute cardio. circuit (10 times through) with our Personal Trainer. In the zone 98.7%, 151 average heart rate and burned 939 calories. I also completed a 20-minute upper body weight lifting circuit (3 times through). In the zone 96.4% of the time, 133 average heart rate and burned 231 calories.
Day 25 (Thursday)….completed 45 minutes on the treadmill with Lana. 3.4 MPH at a 12.0% incline, 2.41 miles. In the zone 98.8%, 146 average heart rate and burned 556 calories.
Day 26 (Friday)….It was a busy morning at the gym today. We’re traveling to my daughter’s cheer competition tomorrow (in Phoenix), so we had to load-up on the workouts today.
We completed a 53-minute circuit (3 times through) with our Personal Trainer, entire body workout. In the zone 92.7% of the time, 145 average heart rate and burned 698 calories. I also completed a 16-minute upper body weight lifting circuit (3 times through). In the zone 87.6%, 129 average heart rate and burned 165 calories. ALSO completed 43 minutes on the treadmill with Lana. 3.4 MPH at a 10.75% (average) incline, 2.39 miles. In the zone 99.8% of the time, 155 average heart rate and burned 608 calories.
Day 27 (Saturday)…..nothing today, traveling to (and from) Phoenix for my daughter’s cheer competion.
Day 28 (Sunday)…..again, nothing today, football Baby!

Day 16 (Tuesday)….completed 45 minutes on the treadmill. 3.4 MPH and 10.0% incline, 2.42 miles. In the zone 98%, 135 average heart rate and burned 476 calories.
Day 17 (Wednesday)….completed a one-hour circuit (3 times through) with our Personal Trainer, legs and core. In the zone 94%, 145 average heart rate and burned 658 calories.
Day 18 (Thursday)….completed 45 minutes on the treadmill at the gym with Lana. 3.4 MPH at a 10.5% incline, 2.41 miles. In the zone 98% of the time, 141 average heart rate and burned 514 calories.
Day 19 (Friday)….completed a 1-hour circuit (4 times through) with Lana and our Personal Trainer, arms and core. In the zone 85% of the time, 136 average heart rate and burned 625 calories.
Day 20 (Saturday)….completed 45 minutes on the treadmill with Lana. 3.4 MPH at an 11.0% incline, 2.42 miles. In the zone 98%, 140 average heart rate and burned 514 calories. ALSO, I completed a 20-minute upper body weight lifting circuit (3 times through). In the zone 78% of the time, 124 average heart rate and burned 181 calories. All that when not feeling so well. Day 1 (Monday)….I completed 4 circuits with Lana and our personal trainer (at the gym) and ran on the TrekMill for 14 minutes at 5.0 MPH (1.158 miles).
Day 2 (Tuesday)….I completed a 60-minute (12.21-mile) bicycle ride at the gym.
Day 3 (Wednesday)….I completed a 75-minute leg circuit (3 times through) with Lana and our personal trainer (Amy G.), plus 77 pull-ups, at the gym.
Day 4 (Thursday)….I completed a 75-minute arm circuit (4 times through) with Lana and our personal trainer, including abs and 8 laps on the track.
Day 5 (Friday)….I did nothing. Sorry, I did nothing today except recover from New Year’s Eve.
Day 6 (Saturday)….I completed a 45-minute session on the treadmill with Lana at the gym. 3.4 MPH and a 9.0 and 11.0 incline, 2.42 miles.
Day 7 (Sunday)…..sorry man, nothin’, football Baby!
Day 8 (Monday)….I completed a one hour circuit (4 times through) with Lana and our personal trainer.
Day 9 (Tuesday)….completed a 45-minute session on the treadmill at the gym. 3.4 MPH and 11.0 and 13.0 incline, 2.41 miles.
Day 10 (Wednesday)….completed a one hour (legs) circuit (3 times through) with my personal trainer.
Day 11 (Thursday)….completed a 45-minute session on the treadmill at the gym. 3.4 MPH and 13.0 and 15.0 incline, 2.42 miles. This is the 1st day with my cool, new Polar heart rate watch.
In the “zone” 90% of the time, 129 average heart rate and burned 471 calories.
Day 12 (Friday)….completed a one hour circuit (4 times through) with Lana and our personal trainer (Amy G.), core and arms mostly. In the “zone” 82% of the time, 135 average heart rate and burned 620 calories.
Day 13 (Saturday)….completed a 43-minute session on the treadmill at the gym. 3.4 MPH and 9.0 incline, 2.40 miles. In the “zone” 96% of the time, 133 average heart rate and burned 461 calories.
Day 14 (Sunday)…..completed a 42-minute session on the treadmill at the gym. 3.4 MPH and 9.5% incline, 2.35 miles. In the “zone” 99.8% of the time, 137 average heart rate and burned 489 calories. Also, I participated in a Bikram Yoga class this morning. It’s a 90-minute Yoga session, with the room set at 100% humidity and 115 degrees.

RECOVERY WEEK
Day 85 (Monday) Yoga X….Instead, I completed a 85-minute (whole body) HIT (high intensity training) weightlifting session, including abs, at the gym.
Day 86 (Tuesday) Core Synergistics….Instead, I completed a 41-minute, 8.8-mile bicycle ride at the gym.
Day 87 (Wednesday) Kenpo X….Instead, I completed a 90-minute (whole body) HIT (high intensity training) weightlifting session, including abs, at the gym.
Day 88 (Thursday) X Stretch….Instead, I completed a 30-minute (137 floors or 2.87 miles) StairMaster and 27-minute (1.454 miles) TrekMill session at the gym with Lana and her personal trainer (Amy).
Day 89 (Friday) Core Synergistics….Instead, I did nothing, but celebrate Christmas with my family.
Day 90 (Saturday) Yoga X….Instead, I completed a 90-minute (whole body) HIT (high intensity training) weightlifting session, including abs, at the gym.
Day 91 (Sunday) X Stretch….Instead, I played racquetball with my buddy Frankie Lamm for an hour.
